My work starts from a straightforward premise: social cohesion and inclusion in diverse contexts do not happen by default. They must be intentionally designed for and actively maintained.

I work with leaders and institutions to shape environments such as organizations, workplaces, and educational settings, where people are more likely to engage across difference, and where equity and inclusion are supported through deliberate choices about structure and leadership. This work is complex and nonlinear. I draw on multiple scholarly and practical traditions to work alongside leaders navigating difference, constraint, and change.
