Services

I provide coaching and advisory services that support individual leaders and leadership teams (up to 10 people) in building more inclusive, adaptive, and resilient organizations. Every organization carries its own history, culture, and challenges, so I tailor each engagement to reflect your unique context. Together, we focus on practical actions and thoughtful shifts that align with your goals and values.

In my approach, I work collaboratively with you to design for cohesion by identifying and activating difference—both recognized and not yet recognized—within your organization.

I offer three levels of engagement—Awareness, Strategy, and Implementation—each building on the one before it. These tiers are designed to meet your team where you are and grow with you as your needs evolve. I also offer tailored long-term advising services.

You’ll find a brief summary of each tier below. For a more detailed breakdown, please refer to the complete Services Table (PDF). You can also see what previous clients say about my work.
